Wellness Center & Fitness Classes

With access to a beautiful wellness center on campus, it's simple to maintain or improve your strength, or just have fun getting some healthy movement in with friends. Attend a seated fitness or balance class, or give Tai Chi a try! Join a walking group! Enjoy a rousing game of beanbag baseball or balloon volleyball! ​​
