Memory Supportive Care
The Terrace Suites wing is dedicated to serving individuals in the later stages of dementia. With only 12 apartments, this is a very cozy setting to provide care, social engagement and programming, and a comfortable dining experience. Long-term staff are dedicated to providing the most compassionate care to this tight-knit community. Memory Supportive Care has All-Inclusive pricing.
All-Inclusive Assisted Living
3801 Grand provides All-Inclusive Assisted Living to assist with activities of daily living needed or preferred. Examples include medication management, 24/7 staffing to respond to individual needs and planned assistance, all meals, social activities and events, laundry, housekeeping, and shuttle transportation. All of this is included in one monthly charge, with no service level add-ons or extra charges. Cable, internet, and utilities are also included.
Enhanced Independence
Enhanced Independence is a special program within Assisted Living that provides a discount to individuals who only require minimal care but benefit from medication management, 3 meals per day, and the social environment of the assisted living community. Individuals must be assessed by the Director of Nursing to be able to safely meet their own additional needs and, if qualifies, receives a $700/month discount.
